일반 설명

Coag Reagent I comprises 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine(DOPE), 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-L-serine (DOPS) and 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DOPC) in the ratio 5:3:2 w/w. They are present predominantly in the synaptic vesicle membrane.[1] DOPC has choline group and DOPE comprises ethanolamine moiety. At neutral pH, DOPE and DOPC exist as a zwitterion whereas DOPS takes up a negative charge and has a serine group.[2]

애플리케이션

Coag Reagent I has been used in the preparation of small unilamellar vesicles (SUVs) for α-synuclein binding studies.[3][1] It may be used in the preparation of bilayers for reconstituting ryanodine receptor type 2 (RyR2) for single-channel recording studies.[4] It may be used for glass supported lipid bilayers preparation.[2]

Coag Reagent I mixed lipid is useful in the preparation of supported lipid bilayers and platelet membranes for coagulation studies.[2] It is used in the small unilamellar vesicles (SUVs) generation for α-synuclein and squalamine binding studies.[1]
