A protein standard was chromatographed on a Unix SEC-300, 1.8 μm column and a Zenix SEC-300, 3.0 μm column to compare the efficiency and resolution. In comparison to the Zenix 3 μm column, the Unix 1.8 μm column provides almost a two fold increase in efficiency.
