Biochem/physiol Actions

三環系抗うつ薬であり、ノルエピネフリントランスポ-タ-、セロトニントランスポ-タ-を、それぞれK_i= 100nM, 14.7nMで阻害するインヒビタ-です。 in vitro でα₁-アドレナリンレセプタ-、セロトニンレセプタ-、ムスカリン性アセチルコリンレセプタ-に高い親和性があります。

三環系抗うつ薬であり、ノルエピネフリントランスポ-タ-およびセロトニントランスポ-タ-の阻害剤です。in vitroでα₁-アドレナリンレセプタ-、セロトニンレセプタ-およびムスカリン性アセチルコリンレセプタ-に高い親和性があります。
