Biochem/physiol Actions

アセプロマジンは、動物用医薬品(ウマ、イヌ、ネコ)としてよく用いられているフェノチアジン系抗精神病薬です。この化合物は抗精神病薬クロルプロマジン(製品番号C8138)の類縁体です。脳のドーパミンレセプターを遮断すると考えられています。最近、ABCG2輸送タンパク質を阻害することが明らかにされました。ABCG2輸送タンパク質が腫瘍に過剰発現すると薬剤耐性を引き起こします。

非定型神経遮断薬です。
