Anti-NOTCH2 (Cleaved-Asp1733) antibody detects endogenous levels of fragment of activated NOTCH2 (Cleaved-Asp1733) protein.
免疫原
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Notch 2.
Immunogen Range: 1684-1733
生物化学的/生理学的作用
The NOTCH2 (notch2) gene is known to be involved in the proliferation, cell cycle progression and colony formation of cancer cells. Upregulation of the gene is observed in hepatocellular carcinoma and salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. Deletion of NOTCH2 increases the sensitivity of the cancer cells to chemotherapeutic agents such as 5-fluorouracil. NOTCH2 plays an important role in the regulation of liver development.

Notch signaling is important during the development of a variety of human tumors. Depending on the context, Notch signaling can be either oncogenic or anti‑proliferative, and therefore, its effects in cancer are unpredictable. The aim of the present study was
The Notch pathway plays an important role in both stem cell biology and cancer. Notch2 was reported to be upregulated in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues. However, the biological function of Notch2 in human HCC cells has not yet been
Reproductive biology and endocrinology : RB&E, 18(1), 30-30 (2020-04-18)
Onset of spermatogenesis at puberty is critically dependent on the activity of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and testosterone production by Leydig cells. The aim of this study was to examine whether activation of Notch receptors and expression of Notch ligands and effector

Many studies have explored whether the Notch signaling pathway has a tumor-suppressive or an oncogenic role in various tumors; however, the role of the Notch signaling pathway in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) is still unknown. In this study, we
