Dendritic cell-associated lectin-1 (DCAL-1), also known as C-type lectin-like-1 (CLECL1), is a novel C-type lectin-like molecule, encoded by the gene mapped to human chromosome 12p13.31. The encoded protein is exclusively expressed in human hematopoietic cells, in particular at high levels in dendritic cells (DCs) and B cells.
Monoclonal Anti-DCAL-1 (mouse IgM isotype) is derived from the hybridoma UW50 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice, immunized with a human DCAL-1 fusion protein
特異性
Monoclonal Anti-DCAL-1 recognizes human DCAL-1.
免疫原
human DCAL-1 fusion protein.
アプリケーション
Monoclonal Anti-DCAL-1 antibody produced in mouse may be used in flow cytometry.
生物化学的/生理学的作用
Dendritic cell-associated lectin-1 (DCAL-1) functions as a T-cell co-stimulatory molecule and increases interleukin-4 secretion. The encoded protein is also implicated in the regulation of the immune response.
物理的形状
Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
保管および安定性
For continuous use, store at 2-8°C for up to one month. For extended storage, freeze at -20°C in working aliquots. Repeated freezing and thawing,or storage in “frost-free” freezers,is not recommended. If slight turbidity occurs upon prolonged storage, clarify the solution by centrifugation before use. Working dilution samples should be discarded if not used within 12 hours.

Dendritic cell-associated lectin-1 (DCAL-1), also known as C-type lectin-like-1 (CLECL1), is a novel C-type lectin-like molecule expressed by antigen presenting cells including dendritic cells (DCs). Here we report that incubation of immature DCs (iDCs) with an anti-DCAL-1 monoclonal antibody (mAb)
