General description
The Imprint®DNA Modification Kitには、重亜硫酸処理やその後のDNA精製に必要なすべての試薬が含まれます。DNAが化学的に変性すると、重亜硫酸試薬が特に1本鎖DNAと反応し、それによりシトシンが脱アミノ化されウラシル残基が生成します。 変換されたDNAは、メチル化特異的PCR、メチル化シ-クエンシング、ピロシ-クエンス、メチル化マイクロアレイなど、後の様々な分析に使用できます。

Preparation Note
すべての構成成分を室温で保存できます。DNA修飾パウダーのバイアル1個で、DNA修飾を10回行えます。溶解後は、-20°Cで光を避けた状態で1週間保存できます。使用前に、凍結した溶液を室温で解凍し、2分間ボルテックスにかける必要があります。
