Biochem/physiol Actions
L-α-リゾホスファチジルイノシトール（LPI）は、推定上のカンナビノイド受容体およびGタンパク質共役受容体55（GPR55）に対する内因性リガンドとして機能します。LPIは、細胞の増殖、移動および機能において調節的な役割を果たします。肥満患者ではLPIの循環レベルの上昇が認められています。さらに、LPIの過剰発現は、卵巣癌や乳癌など様々な種類の癌の発症につながります。LPIには、卵巣癌の診断および予後バイオマーカーとして使用できる可能性があります。
Glycine max（大豆）から得られたL-α-リゾホスファチジルイノシトールには、ステアリン酸塩とパルミチン酸塩が豊富に含まれています。 ダイズのリゾホスファチジルイノシトールは、アシル化脂肪酸の独自性に依存する生物学的活性について、他のリゾホスファチジルイノシトールと比較される場合があります。
