General description
β-エストラジオールは、天然のヒトエストロゲンです。これは、乳房と生殖上皮組織の成長、長骨の成熟および二次性徴の進行のために重要です。エストラジオールは、未熟な生殖細胞、精子、ライディッヒ細胞およびセルトリ細胞により産生されます。これは、セルトリ細胞において増殖、イオン輸送の調節およびアポトーシスの調節に重要な役割を果たします。エストラジオールは、精液の濃度、運動性および形態を調節します。[1]β-エストラジオールは更年期ホルモンとして機能します。女性の性腺機能低下症や原発性卵巣不全の補充療法に関与します。β-エストラジオール濃度の低下は、心疾患および骨粗しょう症と関連しています。
Application

閉経前に卵巣から分泌される主要なエストロゲンです。
閉経前に卵巣から分泌される主要なエストロゲンです。エストロゲンは、遺伝子転写によるタンパク合成を調節することにより、胚発生期や思春期におけるメス表現型の発達を誘導します。また、ゴナドトロピン産生を促すことにより排卵を誘発します。エストラジオールへの曝露は乳癌の発生率や増殖を増強します。
Physical form
粉末は室温で保存できます。ストック溶液は分注して凍結保存してください。凍結融解の繰り返しは避けてください。
Preparation Note
20 μg/mL貯蔵液を調製するには、無水エタノール1 mLを添加し、ゆっくりかき回して溶かし、かき混ぜながら滅菌培地49 mLを添加します。

What is the shelf life as a powder? What is the shelf life once in solution and stored at -20 degrees C?

This product does not contain an expiration date. It contains a recommended retest date of three years after the quality release date. A recommended retest date is the period of time during which the product is expected to remain within established stability specifications, provided that it has been stored under defined conditions. After the Retest Date, product samples should be examined to ensure that the product is still in compliance with the established specifications. Upon resuspension, solutions can be stored frozen at -20°C for up to 3 months . It is advised to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. If stored in the refrigerator (4°C), de-gassed stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months.
