Application
6-(γ,γ-ジメチルアリルアミノ)プリン(2iP)は、細菌由来リボシドサイトカイニンで、タバコやダイズのカルスなどの植物組織の増殖に用いられます。サイトカイニンであるゼアチンの前駆体です。シェンク-ヒルデブラント培地に用いられ、ゲニスタ属植物のシュート先端由来のマイクロシュート培養物のin vitro増殖を維持します。
