2′-デオキシアデノシン5′-二リン酸塩（dADP）は、アデニンを核酸塩基として含有するプリンです。鋼の改良、ヒポキサンチンに対してヒポキサンチンオキシダーゼ作用を示す生成物として、体内でのプリン分解中に産生されます。

Application

2′-デオキシアデノシン5′-二リン酸塩（dADP）は、大腸菌Escherichia coli.由来ポリヌクレオチドホスホリラーゼなどの酵素とともにデオキシアデニル酸オリゴヌクレオチドの合成に使用されます。dADPは大腸菌のポリ（A）ポリメラーゼの阻害剤として使用されます。 デオキシADPは、ATPase、DNAポリメラーゼおよびRNAポリメラーゼの特異性の研究で代替基質または阻害剤として使用されます。
