培地

RPMI 1640 （R0883） + 2mM グルタミン （G7513） + 20％ ウシ胎児血清 （FBS） （F2442） 増殖培地が確立されれば、FBS濃度は10％まで削減可能です。

継代と培養方法

培養液を3x10⁵ ～ 2x10⁶ 細胞/mL、5％ CO2、 37℃の状態で維持してください。蘇生時には凍結保護物質を除去します。300 x gで5分間遠心分離し、細胞ペレットを新鮮な培地に再懸濁させます。
