Application
クエン酸バッファー、pH 6.0、10x、抗原賦活剤は、抗体処理またはDNA蛍光in situハイブリダイゼーションの前に、熱誘導抗原賦活剤としてホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋（FFPE）組織切片に用いられています。[1]免疫組織化学（IHC）では、ホルマリンなど一般的に使用される固定剤のほとんどは組織の抗原（細胞、膜および核）をそれ自身の架橋によりマスクしてしまいます。このマスキングによりIHCではほとんどあるいはまったく染色されないことが起こります。クエン酸バッファーpH 6.0または他のFFPE組織切片抗原賦活化溶液は抗体の組織抗原へのアクセスを向上させます。
Preparation Note
この製品は2～8℃で保存してください。沈殿を生じることがあるので凍結は避けてください。
クエン酸バッファー、pH 6.0、10x、抗原賦活剤を10倍の水で希釈し、1x試験溶液を調製してください。たとえば10 mLの10x濃縮液を90 mLの水で希釈します。
Other Notes
時にこのバッファーは黄色の色合いを呈することがあります。これは防腐剤によるものでありバッファーの機能に悪影響を与えるものではありません。

Is this a mixture from trisodium citrate and citric acid? I have looked through the SDS and the mixture of the chemical is <0.025% of 5-Chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and another chemical. I can't seem to find how they would make up a citrate buffer

The specific formulation is considered proprietary, however, the final citrate concentration is 0.1M. The SDS lists only the potentially hazardous ingredients. The 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1) listed is essentially ProClin which acts as a preservative. What molarity does this buffer have?

Product C9999 is provided at a concentration of 0.1 M. It'll be 10 mM when diluted. The solution contains 116.25 mM Tri-NaCitrate, 10.25 mM EDTA, 0.5 % ProClin, and other proprietary materials.

Is this Citrate buffer already included Tween 20?

The composition of this buffer is considered proprietary. However, citrate solutions commonly used for antigen retrieval do not contain detergents. This product does contain a preservative which may contribute to the color of the solution. This does not effect the performance of the product in any way. Please see the link below to reivew a general antigen retrival protocol using Citrate Buffer. Note that Tween 20 is used in the wash solution following treatment with Citrate Buffer.
