Application

アクロモペプチダーゼは、リゾチームに耐性を示すグラム陽性菌の溶解に有用です。 Sigmaのアクロモペプチダーゼは、皮膚及び軟部組織の細菌感染の分離と分子キャラクタリゼーションに使用されています[1]。

Biochem/physiol Actions

アクロモペプチダーゼは、MW約27 kDaのリジルエンドペプチダーゼです。リゾチームに耐性を示すグラム陽性菌の溶解に有用です。
活性の至適pH：pH 8.5～9
アクロモペプチダーゼ約500～1,500 un/mLにより、37℃、2時間で密度OD₆₀₀＝0.6の細胞が溶解されます。

アクロモペプチダーゼは、分子量約27 kDaのリジルエンドペプチダーゼです。 pH 8.5～9で最適に作用します。アクロモペプチダーゼ約500～1,500 μn/mLにより、37℃、2時間で密度OD₆₀₀＝0.6の細胞が溶解されます。
