アクロモペプチダーゼは、リゾチームに耐性を示すグラム陽性菌の溶解に有用です。 Sigmaのアクロモペプチダーゼは、皮膚および軟組織の細菌感染における分離および分子の特性解析に使用されています。[1] 製品A3422は細菌由来で乳糖を含む部分精製粉末です。
Biochem/physiol Actions
アクロモペプチダーゼは分子量が約27 kDaのリシルエンドペプチダーゼです。 pH 8.5～9で最も機能します。 アクロモペプチダーゼ約500～1,500 μn/mLにより、37℃、2時間で光学密度（OD）600＝0.6の細胞が溶解されます。
アクロモペプチダーゼは細菌溶解性の酵素で、セリンプロテーゼファミリーに属しています。 グラム陽性菌の溶解ではリゾチームより有効です。 アクロモペプチダーゼの活性は重金属存在下で阻害されます。アクロモペプチダーゼの阻害試験は、重金属の有無のスクリーニングに有用な可能性があります。
