The SRM is primarily intended to validate analytical methods used to determine catechins, xanthines, andtoxic elements present in solid oral dosage forms in cluding green tea and similar matrices. Additionally, it is also suitable for ensuring quality while assigning values to in-house control materials.
特徴および利点
- The certified value of the SRM was determined by calculating the mass fraction values, which were obtained through two methods:
- Ultraviolet absorbance detection (UV)
- Mass spectrometry (MS)
- Certified and reference mass fraction values for catechin,gallocatechin, gallic acid, theanine, and other elements are provided on a dry-mass basis and values are metrologically traceable to the SI unit of mass expressed as micrograms per gram.
- The NIST certificate is provided with expiration certificate, storage, handling, use,and maintenance instructions.
