LB Agar, Vegitone may be used as a culture media for the cultivation of Agrobacterium tumefaciens for the production of transgenic Citrus plants via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.[1]

LB寒天Vegitoneには動物由来の成分は含まれていません。 Escherichia coliの組み換え株の培養と維持に使用され、特に選好性を持たない微生物の日常的培養に使用できます。

調製ノート

Suspend 35.0 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Dispense as desired.
