Features and Benefits
- 個別に制御された2つの面を有する吸引ベース上で、一度に最大4つのブロットを処理できます。
- 3種類のサイズの取り外し可能なブロットホールディングフレーム(MultiBlot、Mini、Midi)付きで、さまざまなブロットサイズに対応できます。
- 使い捨てブロットホルダーは、MultiBlot、Mini、Midiフレームのサイズです
- 第一世代SNAP idシステムにはブロットスペーサーが必要でしたが、新しいブロットホルダーにはブロットスペーサーが組み込まれています。
- 延長およびオフラインブロット処理オプション:フレームにはフタが付いており、ベースから取り外してインキュベーションを延長(1時間から一晩)、またはシェーカーでインキュベート、あるいは4°Cでインキュベートできます。
- 積み重ねできるフレームにより、複数のブロットを同時に処理できます。ブロット全体のシグナルが均一な30分間の免疫検出です。
- SNAP id 2.0抗体回収トレイを用いると、抗体回収率は80%超です。
- ニトロセルロースおよびポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)メンブレンに適合します
- ほとんどのブロッキングバッファーと可視化法(化学発光、蛍光、比色分析など)で機能します。
