General description

骨髄間質細胞としても知られる間葉系幹細胞は、いくつかの間葉細胞系統への分化能を有する、接着性骨髄由来多能性前駆細胞の自己再生個体群として定義されます。 間葉系幹細胞は、規定のin vitro培養において、骨、軟骨、脂質、腱、および筋肉組織を形成する系統特異的細胞にすぐに分化することが分かっています。

EMD Milliporeのヒト間葉系幹細胞（骨髄）は、正常なヒト骨髄から分離され、最適な表現型および最高の生存率と平板培養効率を確保するためにP2で凍結保存されます。これらの細胞は、接着細胞単層として増殖し、またin vitroで強い伸長能を示しながら含脂肪細胞、骨芽細胞、および軟骨細胞を含む複数の細胞系統への分化能を維持します。

Preparation Note

ヒト間葉系幹細胞（骨髄）は液体窒素内で保存してください。細胞は、細胞表面マーカーの発現能と分化能が顕著な影響を受けることなく、少なくとも3回細胞分裂できることが保証されています。

Analysis Note

- 各バイアルにはP2の生存細胞が少なくとも1X10⁶個含まれます。
- 融解時の細胞生存率は75%超であり、初回の融解後は細胞培養により少なくとも3回細胞分裂できます。
- 骨髄ドナーのHIV、BおよびC型肝炎検査は陰性です。
- 細胞遺伝学的解析の通り正常な核型を示します。
- 細胞のマイコプラズマ汚染検査は陰性です。
