Our series of Basic Operator Training courses provides training to new operators and technicians on the basic use of specific equipment. Generally, this includes setting up the equipment, running pre-designed processes, common alarms and troubleshooting, and maintenance plans. These courses are interactive and hands-on, and may be limited in the number of participants. Attendees take a practical assessment at the end of the course, and upon successful completion will be provided with certification.
Pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturers can enhance their skill sets with practical, hands-on training courses in-person or streamed live from our M Lab™ Collaboration Centers.
