アナリシスノート
比活性：ウイルス誘発性細胞変性効果の阻害を測定することにより決定します。このインターフェロンの抗ウイルスアッセイでは、約1単位/mLのインターフェロンが、50%の細胞変性効果を生じるために必要な量です。
