Human TSSK2, active, GST tagged, may be used to study testis-specific serine/threonine-protein kinase that plays a pivotal role in spermiogenesis.

Azioni biochim/fisiol

TSSK2, a protein that belongs to Testis-specific serine/threonine-protein kinase family facilitates the spermatid development. It also has a crucial role in the formation and function of sperm cells in the mouse. Mutation in TSSK2 Gene leads to Human Spermatogenesis Impairment.[1]
