The antibody detects the CD44 antigen of molecular weight 90kDa found on activated lymphocytes. The antibody does not react with a subset of B lymphocytes.

Mantenimento delle subcolture

Seed at 5x10,000 viable cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 5x100,000-1x1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days); 5% CO₂; 37°C.
