Questions

  1. Hi. Just wondering what is meant by an 'open top cap'? Is this for using a needle to remove contents? If so, will items remain sterile before piercing the cap with a needle?

    1 answer
    1. This product includes an Open-top or hole cap which is fitted with a PTFE faced rubber septum. The contents may then be accessed via the septum, using a sterile needle and syringe, in order to maintain sterility. Note that sterility is dependent on the aseptic technique.
