一般說明

GenElute 质粒小量制备试剂盒可以简单、快速、低成本的从重组大肠杆菌培养物中分离质粒DNA。该试剂盒结合了硅胶结合技术和离心柱形式的便利性,可在30分钟内从1-5 mL大肠杆菌培养物中回收出至多15 μg高拷贝数质粒DNA。请注意,实际得率和最佳的培养物体积取决于质粒和培养基。
