磷酸(烯醇)丙酮酸 (PEP) 参与糖酵解和糖异生。在糖酵解中,PEP 被丙酮酸激酶代谢生成丙酮酸。在植物中,PEP 参与芳香族氨基酸的形成以及碳固定途径。
