應用

Clasto-乳胞素 β-内酯用作蛋白酶体抑制剂。
Clasto-乳胞素β-内酯已用作蛋白降解抑制剂以检测其对小鼠记忆改善的作用。它还用作人卵巢上皮(HOSE)细胞和树突状细胞(DC)的蛋白酶体抑制剂。

生化/生理作用

Clasto-乳胞素β-内酯(cLβL)由乳胞素(Lactacystin)合成。它具有细胞可透过性。cLβL可作用于蛋白酶体β -亚基X的N端苏氨酸。还可通过作用于β -型亚基的N-苏氨酸残基,抑制嗜盐古菌Haloferax volcanii的20S蛋白酶体活性。
细胞渗透性和不可逆蛋白酶体抑制剂。乳胞素作为染色体断裂-乳胞素 β 的前体-内酯。
