一般說明

IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌,存在于血液和细胞外液中,可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母亲的IgG通过胎盘传递给胎儿,对于新生儿抗感染至关重要。
小鼠IgG是从正常小鼠血清中通过分离和例子交换层析纯化得来的。

應用
