一般說明

IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌,存在于血液和细胞外液中,可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG通过胎盘传递至胎儿,对新生儿的感染免疫防御能力至关重要。人IgG(γ链特异性)抗体对所有人IgG亚类的γ链具有特异性。
免疫球蛋白(Ig)属于免疫球蛋白超家族,包含两条重链(H)和两条轻链(L),它们通过二硫键相连。L链包含一个可变N-末端区域和一个恒定C-末端区域。重链包有一个N-端可变区和三个或四个(CH1-CH4)C-端恒定区。IgG是人血清中含量最丰富的一种蛋白。IgG分为IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4四类。IgG重链区域定位于人类14号染色体。

生化/生理作用

IgG1类是最丰富的,其缺乏会导致低丙球蛋白血症。IgG2缺乏会增加对细菌感染的易感性。IgG3介导效应子功能,IgG4与无症状感染有关。木瓜蛋白酶消化IgG导致产生片段抗原结合(Fab)。IgG的胃蛋白酶消化形成可结晶的片段(Fc)。IgG抗体的Fc区具有巨大的治疗潜力,可用于开发治疗性抗体。
