一般描述
CSF1R 位于人类染色体 5q32。
CSF1R（集落刺激因子1受体）是III型受体酪氨酸激酶，是血小板衍生生长因子（PDGF）受体家族的一员。结构上，它由5个免疫球蛋白样结构域、一个跨膜结构域、一个近膜结构域(JM)和一个被插入结构域(KID)分隔成两部分的蛋白激酶结构域组成。

生化/生理作用
CSF1R（集落刺激因子1受体）是先天性免疫、癌症和炎性疾病（包括系统性红斑狼疮、关节炎、动脉粥样硬化和肥胖）的主要分子。它调节发育活动，包括细胞存活、增殖、分化和单核吞噬细胞功能。据报道，CSF-1自分泌环有助于激活巨噬细胞。在实际状态下，它以自动抑制的形式存在，一旦激活，它就会二聚化。然后，它使胞内结构域中的酪氨酸残基自磷酸化，随后募集信号分子并内化受体。CSF1R突变会引发多种疾病，包括骨髓恶性肿瘤。
