生化/生理作用

胞苷5′-单磷酸(CMP)可作为尿苷单磷酸(UMP)/胞苷单磷酸(CMP)激酶(酶代码 EC 2.7.4.4)的底物形成CDP,再磷酸化形成CTP,可支持DNA和RNA的生物合成。
胞苷单磷酸(CMP)是糖类的核苷酸载体。
