一般說明

免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的。它主要用于帮助免疫防御。它是一种糖蛋白。IgG是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。马IgG有不同的亚类,分别为IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG2c、IgG1和IgG(T)。与其他IgG分子相比,IgG(T)的碳水化合物含量更高。在健康的人中,总IgG平均分布在循环血浆和组织液之中。

生化/生理作用

免疫球蛋白G(IgG)参与II型和III型超敏反应。
马IgG抗体主要调节粘膜和全身免疫反应,从而提供针对致病病原体如马链球菌和马流感病毒的保护作用。马IgG也可以控制EHV-1感染的进程。

外觀

在含有1%牛血清白蛋白和0.05%MIT的0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液 pH 7.4中的溶液
