生化/生理作用

两性霉素B对真菌和酵母最有效。它通过结合与膜相关的固醇而形成跨膜通道,从而导致小分子的泄漏。尽管两性霉素B是治疗真菌病的有效抗生素,它会引起毒性。
两性霉素B是一种来自链霉菌的多烯抗真菌抗生素,临床上用于治疗系统性真菌感染。它对真菌和细菌细胞膜的固醇,尤其是麦角固醇具有很高的亲和力。 维持抗真菌细胞培养的正常用量为2.5 mg/L,同时在培养基中使用青霉素和链霉素。

注意

準備報告

其在水溶液中形成沉淀是正常现象。 对溶液进行混合可重新溶解大部分沉淀物,但是,如果无法完全溶解,两性霉素B仍然适合使用。
