固绿 FCF 染料用于 IEF 中的蛋白质染色,天然 PAGE 和 SDS-PAGE。 固绿染色在比亮蓝 R 更广泛的蛋白质浓度范围内呈线性。为了使灵敏度最高,建议电泳后将蛋白质固定在凝胶中。 然后用 0.1% 固绿 FCF 在 30%(v/v)乙醇,10%(v/v)乙酸或 7% 乙酸中将凝胶染色 2 小时。 凝胶可以用 30%(v/v)乙醇,10%(v/v)乙酸或 7% 乙酸脱色。 可以在 625nm 处扫描染色的凝胶。 检测灵敏度约为亮蓝 R 的 30%。
