一般說明
乙醇酸(羟基乙酸)是一种α-羟基酸。浓度为70%,pH范围为0.08-2.75的乙醇酸溶液被广泛用作表面化学剥离剂。目前已经制备出多种乳酸和/或乙醇酸(低分子量)的低聚物或聚合物。乙醇酸可通过植物组织偶联的流动注射化学发光生物传感器进行测定,该传感器既可用作基于植物组织的生物传感器,也可用作化学发光流体传感器。
應用
乙醇酸(羟基乙酸)已用于制备PLGA-PEG-PLGA共聚物(PLGA = 聚乳酸聚乙醇酸共聚物,PEG =聚乙二醇)。
