準備報告
工作浓度:抗体稀释1:5,000
工作溶液:如需制备10x封闭储备溶液,封闭试剂可溶于马来酸缓冲液中至10%(w/v)终浓度,并伴随晃动以及在加热模块或微波炉中加热。
储备条件(工作溶液):封闭试剂的10x储备溶液经高温灭菌后2至8℃储存。或者,在分装后-15至-25℃储存。
