- 分析物:GCP2、HCC-1、I-TAC、IL-11、IL-29、淋巴细胞肌动蛋白、M-CSF、MIG、MIP-3α、MIP-3β、NAP2
- 推荐的样品类型:血清,血浆和细胞培养上清液
- 推荐的样本稀释度:纯血浆或血清。对于血清和血浆样品,NAP-2和HCC-1需要1:100的稀释度
- 分析运行时间:过夜或2小时初次孵育。为了获得最佳结果,建议过夜孵育
