一般說明

微管参与多种细胞活动,从有丝分裂和转运事件到细胞运动和细胞形状的维持。微管蛋白本身是一种球状蛋白,由两种多肽(α和β微管蛋白)组成。将α和β微管蛋白二聚体组装到13个原丝上,形成直径为22 nm的微管。酪氨酸连接酶将C端酪氨酸添加到单体α微管蛋白上。组装的微管可以被细胞骨架相关羧肽酶脱去酪氨酸。脱酪氨酸化的α微管蛋白称为Glu-微管蛋白。脱酪氨酸化的α微管蛋白的另一种翻译后修饰是C末端聚谷氨酰化,它是神经元细胞和有丝分裂纺锤体中微管的特征。

特異性

该抗体可检测α微管蛋白的酪氨酸化形式。

免疫原

对应于人酪氨酸化α微管蛋白的KLH偶联的线性肽。

應用

使用经验证可用于蛋白质印迹、ELISA & ICC.的该兔多克隆酪氨酸化抗α微管蛋白抗体检测微管蛋白。

品質
