應用

将要接收全长蛋白的全部程序应在4C下进行,并应使用以下蛋白酶抑制剂混合物:胃蛋白酶抑制剂A(1 μg/mL),亮抑蛋白酶肽(1 μg/mL),抑肽酶(1 μg/mL),Pefabloc SC(0.2 mM),苯甲脒(0.1 mg/mL)和钙蛋白酶抑制剂I和II(各8 μg/mL)。

蛋白质印迹:在大鼠脑膜上使用ECL为L1:200。

大鼠脑固定冰冻切片和小鼠心脏组织上的免疫组化。

应使用载体蛋白(例如BSA(1-3%))进行稀释。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
该抗钠通道抗体,电压门控,脑I型经验证可用于IH,WB检测钠通道。
