HPLC柱

LiChrospher^® RP-18是一种可靠且用途广泛的，经传统生产的球形硅胶载体，具有反相特性。这个载体非常适合于碱性化合物的分离，但在中性和酸性化合物的测定中也有较好的性能。将该吸附剂装入LiChroCART 25-4 HPLC预柱中，与LiChroCART HPLC柱（装有LiChrospher RP-18（5µm或10µm））连接使用。 连接是通过使用LiChroCART 偶联试剂盒（1.50082）完成的。
