Tryptic Soy Broth is a universal complex medium for the isolation and cultivation of fastidious aerobic bacteria, yeasts, and molds. It supports the growth of a wide variety of aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms, including fungi by the content of two highly nutritious peptones.
應用
Tryptic Soy Broth is used for sterility testing of substances, preparations and products as well as a pre-enrichment broth for the test for specified microorganisms or total viable aerobic count determinations using the MPN method within non-sterile products.
