该Spectroquant®铁测试可以准确定量各种水中的铁离子。抗坏血酸将所有铁离子还原为铁(II)离子。
在缓冲介质中,这些物质与2,2’-联吡啶反应形成红色络合物,可通过光度法测定。在不添加抗坏血酸(试剂Fe-1K)的情况下,该测试仅测量铁(II)。
MQuant®试纸非常适合以经济、快速的方式对样品进行预测试,以便在使用定量方法(例如Spectroquant®测试)之前对铁浓度和可能的稀释因子进行估算。
