一般說明
Azide functionalized gold nanoparticles are suitable for covalent conjugation of any molecule with a terminal alkyne through click chemistry. These gold nanoparticles allow for rapid generation of gold conjugates for subsequent use in downstream assays.
Azide functionalized gold nanoparticles are more than 95% spherical and have uniform size distribution (CV <12%).
Azide functionalized gold nanoparticles are more than 95% spherical and have uniform size distribution (CV <12%).
應用
Ideal for development of gold conjugates for use in applications such as blotting, lateral flow assays, microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
儲存和穩定性
When stored for a long period of time gold nanoparticles may sediment at the bottom of the vial, which is especially prominent for larger particle sizes. Prior to use, re-suspend the sedimented particles by thorough mixing until a homogenous solution is obtained.

Bioconjugate chemistry, 17(6), 1373-1375 (2006-11-16)
A simple and versatile method for the preparation of functional enzyme-gold nanoparticle conjugates using "click" chemistry has been developed. In a copper-catalyzed 1,2,3-triazole cycloaddition, an acetylene-functionalized Thermomyces lanuginosus lipase has been attached to azide-functionalized water-soluble gold nanoparticles under retention of

Glycoscience, despite its myriad of challenges, promises to unravel the causes of, potential new detection methods for, and novel therapeutic strategies against, many disease states. In the last two decades, glyco-gold nanoparticles have emerged as one of several potential new

We present a new type of azide-functionalized gold nanoparticle and their coupling to an alkyne-modified DNA duplex using the copper(I)-catalyzed Huisgen cycloaddition ('click chemistry'), resulting in a chain-like assembly of nanoparticles on the DNA template.
