生化/生理作用
无色结晶紫 (LCV) 是一种阳离子三芳甲烷染料。LCV 是龙胆紫(结晶紫)的还原形式,因此,它是无色的。对纤维素和蛋白质材料均有亲和力。LCV 和过氧化氢与血液中的血红蛋白发生反应,使血液印记变为紫色/紫罗兰色。因此,该染料广泛用于染色多孔和无孔材料上的血液残留物。
