Da die Elutionsreihenfolge eines chiralen Paars auf einer γ-DEX-Säule, verglichen mit der Elutionsreihenfolge auf α-DEX- oder β- DEX-Säulen, häufig umgekehrt wird (Enantiomerenumkehr), empfehlen wir γ-DEX-Säulen zur Bestätigung von Analysen auf α-DEX- oder β-DEX-Säulen. β-DEX kann für die Enatiomerentrennung großer Moleküle herangezogen werden wie z.B. a-BHC, Carvon, Carboxylsäure und Methamphetamie.
Capillary GC column is also known as open tubular column. The carrier gas flows through the central aperture and is unrestricted throughout the length of the column.

Aplicación

γ-DEX™ 120 column was used in ion trap GC/MS system, which was used for analysis and quantification of extracts, in an experimental study done to assess the impact of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) on human health. It was also used in GC, during the instrumentation and calibration of standards, in an experiment conducted to cycle the weathered chlordane residues in the environment.
