General description
En el kit de ARN total vegetal Spectrum se utiliza una química de lisis y unión y un cómodo formato ′unión-lavado-y-eludido′ en columna para purificar hasta 100 μg del ARN total de 100 mg de tejido en unos 30 minutos. El rendimiento típico oscila entre 20 y 60 μg.
Después de moler el tejido hasta un polvo fino en nitrógeno líquido, se lisan las células, y los restos celulares se separan física y químicamente del ARN endógeno. A continuación el ARN se une a un sustrato de sílice sustentado en columna y varias etapas de lavado eliminan los contaminantes remanentes.
El ARN total es eluido de la columna y utilizado en las aplicaciones habituales como inmunotransferencias Northern, RT-PCR y qRT-PCR.

We need to know the elution buffer composition for downstream quantification and sequencing. What solution can be used besides the original elution buffer that can have the same proprerties to be used as a blank?
