General description
La membrana de PVDF Immobilon®-P es una membrana de transferencia de fluoruro de polivinilideno (PVDF) original y más utilizada para inmunotransferencia Western. Tiene un tamaño de poro de 0,45 μm y se recomienda para la transferencia de proteínas de >20 kDa. La membrana Immobilon®-P tiene una excelente retención de proteínas, una gran fuerza física y una amplia compatibilidad química, lo que la hace ideal para una variedad de aplicaciones de tinción y reanálisis en métodos de inmunodetección.
