Anti-Akt/PKB Antibody, PH Domain, clone SKB1, Alexa Fluor 488 is an antibody against Akt/PKB for use in FC, IC, IF & WB.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes Akt1/PKBα > Akt2/PKBβ (30%) > Akt3/PKBγ (weak to none) based on immunoblot analysis using 100ng recombinant fusion protein for each isoform.
