Allgemeine Beschreibung
Nα-Benzoyl-DL-arginin-4-nitroanilidhydrochlorid (DL-BAPNA) ist ein chromogenes Substrat für proteolytische Enzyme wie Trypsin, Amidase und Balterobin. Die Hydrolyse von DL-BAPNA an der Bindung zwischen Arginin und den p-Nitroanilinanteilen setzt das Chromophor p-Nitroanilin frei, das durch kolorimetrische Analyse nachgewiesen werden kann.
