Zur Einleitung einer lokalen Anaphylaxie wurde Mäusen 10 ng Anti-DNP-Maus-IgE intradermal injiziert, und anschließend wurde ihnen eine intravenöse Injektion von 500 μg DNP-BSA verabreicht.
